invite you to take part in the 3-rd International Web Conference "Modern Education: Development Prospects".

The conference will be held on June, 8 – June 15, 2010

Overview:
The 3rd Conference provides a unique opportunity to share current research on various aspects and themes of education, to discover synergies and form partnerships with a wide range of Russian and international counterparts in the field of new technologies.

Main conference themes:
a. University Management;
b. Multi-Level System of Higher Education;
c. Humanitarian Knowledge as a Potential for Russia Public Development
d. Organization of Student Self-Studies;
e. Integration Into International Education Space;
f. Information Technology in Education;

Working language is English. Presentation abstracts must be received by the organizing committee before May, 30, 2010, to be included in the conference proceedings.

Selection of materials
The program committee will evaluate submissions based on quality and relevance. All articles and abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Notification of acceptance will occur over e-mail.

Submission and Publication of Materials:
Materials can be submitted electronically by e-mail: fldept@inbox.ru; on a CD, or in printed form. The printed materials should be sent to the address of the conference organization committee: 2 Kulakova Avenue, Stavropol, Russia 355028.

Materials should be made in format MS Word, type 12, Times New Roman, single interval, paragraph (indention of the first line is 1 cm), margins – 2 cm. Names of files are registered as “Author’s surname_application”, “Author’s name_article”.

The Conference submissions will be published upon interest., in a form of a collection of articles. Publications will be printed, and an electronic form available on the web site of the conference www.ncstu.ru

Publication Costs of one page for participants from Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States - 150 roubles; for participants form other countries - 7 USD (5 Euro). Payment for publications should be made by postal order to the organization committee address: 2 Kulakova Avenue, Stavropol, Russia 355028.
